I woke up and decided it was a great day to start a three day juice cleanse. Yes, it was a tad impulsive buuut it was something I had been thinking about for a while, and well…I guess I decided to STOP thinking and START doing!
My three day holiday weekend spent in LA was a blast but left me feeling off health-wise.
Tired Exhausted, bloated, lethargic, and honestly a bit sick. Having veered from my mostly dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free diet my body felt like it had taken a beating.
Juice cleansing is a terrific way to exercise your own self-control & challenge yourself when it comes to eating & being healthy. When you’re sick of feeling sick a juice cleanse is a great way to kick off your journey to elevated wellness!
