The Juice Cleanse Diaries: Day 1/3

I woke up and decided it was a great day to start a three day juice cleanse. Yes, it was a tad impulsive buuut it was something I had been thinking about for a while, and well…I guess I decided to STOP thinking and START doing!

My three day holiday weekend spent in LA was a blast but left me feeling off health-wise. Tired Exhausted, bloated, lethargic, and honestly a bit sick. Having veered from my mostly dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free diet my body felt like it had taken a beating.

Now the Bay Area does not have nearly as many options as LA when it comes to juice, but lucky for me I live near one of just eight Project Juice Locations.

What I love about Project Juice is their dedication to creating delicious, nutrient dense cold-pressed juices & cleanses in order to help reset eating habits, eliminate cravings and kick start a healthy diet! They also have free nationwide delivery which is simply incredible.

Just some juice cleanse humor…

I’m going to be cleansing with their Seasonal Reset, which replaces one classic juice with a seasonal fruit in a fresh and new flavor. Six Juices each day, packed with phytonutrients, vital enzymes, & antioxidants which promote both a healthy mind and body. I can dig it.
