Post Workout Refresher

Heading to spin class after a long day of regular class I wasn’t able to eat dinner (much less think about it) until I was home for good. My full day left me exhausted and in need of a pick me up-if you can’t already tell food is my pick me up of choice, and my workout left me craving something refreshing and light. Sugarbowl time!

Strawberry-Banana Sugarbowl

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 banana (frozen for thicker smoothie)

1/8 cup shaved unsweetened coconut

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

water for blending

Top with frozen berries and shaved coconut
