Breakfast- Don’t skip it! Just don’t. Please. I am taking Chemistry this summer and its starts at 9 am everyday. I don’t have all the time in the world in the morning but I will always have time for breakfast. Even if I hit the snooze button one too many times I’ll be sure to grab a banana or a (healthy) bar on the go-more on that later. When I don’t sleep in some of my favorites breakfasts include a protein smoothie (however sometimes I like to save this for lunch), a nice egg white scramble with tomatoes, spinach, and avocado, or greek yogurt with banana, cinnamon, and a touch of honey. I always like to add a half a grapefruit in there to rev my metabolism-if it’s too bitter I like to sprinkle a half a packet of Stevia on top! This week I have been eating my grapefruit as well as two whole hard-boiled eggs! (Yolk ain’t so bad) And of course I can’t survive without a cup of black coffee!
